Sturgeon Bay Harvest Fest & Street Art Auction 2026

August 24, 2026 by Laurel Ciohon

Sturgeon Bay, Wis. (August 24, 2026) – Join Destination Sturgeon Bay in welcoming the autumn season with Sturgeon Bay’s Annual Harvest Fest on Saturday, September 19, with a full weekend of festivities beginning Friday evening, September 18.

Harvest Fest weekend officially kicks off Friday with two new special events. From 4pm to 6pm, join Destination Sturgeon Bay at the Door County Granary, 72 E. Locust Ct., for a Street Art Artist Reception. Meet the talented artists behind this year’s Set Sail in Sturgeon Bay Street Art projects and hear more about the inspiration behind their work. Beer, wine, and snacks will be available for purchase from the Granary Wharf Cafe. There will also be FREE ferris wheel rides at the West Waterfront from 5 until 8pm. Also, at 5pm The Lodge at Leathem Smith, 1640 Memorial Drive, will host the Old Bolts Car Club’s Cruise-In Meet & Greet. This year the Old Bolts are switching things up with the Cruise-In taking place at The Lodge instead of a Friday night cruise through town. Enjoy an evening filled with classic cars, grilled food, cold beverages, and plenty of parking. Everyone is welcome!

On Saturday, Destination Sturgeon Bay’s Harvest Fest will take over 3rd Ave from Michigan Street to Jefferson Street for a full day of festivities. Don’t forget! The Sturgeon Bay Farmers Market will still be happening from 8am until noon on a portion of Nebraska Street to the Door County Library. From 8am until 4pm visitors can enjoy the car show, craft fair, food vendors, in-store specials, live music and more! There will also be kids activities and antique tractors located in Martin Park for all to enjoy.

The Old Bolts Car Show will run from 8am until 4pm along 3rd Ave from Michigan Street to Quincy Street. The opening ceremony will take place at 10am and will feature a fire truck, Coast Guard, guest speakers, and Honor Guard. The Old Bolts Awards Ceremony will take place at 3pm.

The Oktoberfest festivities will continue throughout the afternoon at Starboard Brewing Company, 151 N. 3rd Ave. At noon, Mayor Ward will join the official Tapping of the Oktoberfest Firkin. The fun continues with a Stein Holding Contest at 1pm, a Kids Root Beer Holding Contest at 2pm, and the Beer Puppeteer at 3pm.

The West Waterfront and Door County Granary will also be buzzing throughout the day. A food truck court will be open from 10am to 3pm, while free trolley rides will run from 10am to 3pm, with stops at Sawyer Park, Door County Granary, Graham Park, and the Stone Harbor Parking Garage. Live music begins at noon at the Door County Granary featuring 80s rock, followed by a Polka Band from 2:30 to 5:30pm. FREE ferris wheel rides will be available at the West Waterfront from noon until 6pm.

As part of the weekend celebration, visitors can also enjoy this year’s beautiful Set Sail in Sturgeon Bay Street Art projects and learn about the artists and their creations, as the projects will be placed along the west waterfront. The Set Sail in Sturgeon Bay Street Art Online Auction, will feature this year’s projects and provide an opportunity to bid on the artwork.
