Northern Door’s only full-service estate-sale business. Business partners Heidi Penchoff and Scott Lohman seek to fill a niche with their business model: running onsite estate sales, offering a consignment store for estate-sale furnishings, and providing moving services for estate pieces to the showroom. The staff is also passionate about upcycling and is the only retailer of Dixie Belle paint products in northeast Wisconsin. Classes on how to transform furniture will be offered in the showroom workshop. Clients & realtors may schedule an appointment. Open year round.
