Ephraim, Wis. (August 30, 2024) — Colin & Friends has announced the addition of two more concerts to its continuing schedule of free performances this coming Sunday, September 1st at Ephraim Moravian Church, located at 9970 Moravia St. The two ‘Carmen and the Cello’
concerts are scheduled for 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm.
Noted Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra cellist Adrien Zitoun joins Colin Welford (organ and piano) for music from his native France – plus Bach and more, Welford said. Linda Feldmann (mezzo-soprano) will dazzle with arias from Bizet’s Carmen, the iconic operatic femme fatale. This is a program of power and passion in the heart of downtown Ephraim.
Colin & Friends Concerts has been bringing joy and artistry to the Door County community through the power of free musical events since 2022. With the organization’s growth, they need enthusiastic volunteers willing to contribute their time and skills. If you have expertise in marketing and social media, photography, and writing skills or would enjoy greeting and ushering guests at concert events, the organization would love your involvement.
