Fish Creek & Sister Bay, Wis. (April 9, 2024) — Wild Tomato’s Donation Creation Pizza is a special monthly pizza dish that the restaurant’s kitchen creates each month to help support a Door County nonprofit. For the entire month, $1 of each pizza ordered is donated directly to the featured nonprofit.
Director of Marketing Juan Ornelas has announced that the April Donation Creation is the restaurant’s Mac & Pancetta Pizza, which features house-made mac and cheese, pancetta, arugula, wild mushrooms, and Gruyère cheese over a white truffle oil base.
The April beneficiary is Pioneer Fire Company, a local nonprofit organization made up of current and retired Sturgeon Bay Fire Fighters. The group’s goal is to preserve and honor the rich history of the Sturgeon Bay Fire Department.
Wild Tomato is a family-friendly, casual restaurant with an extensive craft beer and wine list that has been serving Door County locals and visitors for over a decade.
The restaurant serves great wood-fired pizzas, salads, and appetizers and has a new attitude toward giving to their community, using sustainable products, and creating an affordable restaurant that uses the best ingredients available.
