Egg Harbor, Wis. (December 9, 2020) – Woodwalk Gallery is looking to give online exposure to amateur and professional artists working in 2D mediums. They seek pieces that demonstrate ingenuity and inspiration. They want to see art that shows talent, keen perception, heart and will evoke excitement and emotion and in some way embody your idea of a beautiful possibility.
Cash prize winners will be given a chance to display their winning works during the opening two months of the 2021 Door County art season. The theme is very broad, so you have the opportunity to choose your very best work to submit to this juried show. Elizabeth Meissner-Gigstead, Executive Director of the Miller Art Museum, will judge the show.
The competition is open to all 2D artists residing in the USA whose work is on paper, canvas or some type of board. The artist can work in all forms of painting, drawing, print making, photography, hand pulled prints, collages, graphics and digital arts and the call is open for entry now through www.callforentry.org.
