Woodwalk Introduces its Third Featured Exhibit, Voyager

September 9, 2020 by Laurel Ciohon

Egg Harbor, Wis. (August 9, 2020) – Travelling or the lack thereof has been topic of conversation this summer. For the third featured exhibit of the season, Woodwalk introduces Voyager as a way to travel outward and inward both visually and imaginatively.

Local artist Anita Winkler focuses on maps as the basis of her unique encaustic work. Milwaukee native, Michael Hagan shows us who those voyagers might be with his beautiful sculptures. California native, Stephanie Thwaites lets you imagine the destination through her abstract works.

At a time when one could find themselves feeling a bit trapped, stop in and let yourself wander the Universe as you take in the Voyager exhibit. You can also find a slide show and brief video on the Gallery page of the WWG website.

Woodwalk is open Monday thru Friday from 10-5, Saturday 10-3, Sunday 10-4 and represents over 75 artists ranging in many different mediums. For more information, www.woodwalkgallery.com or email magic@woodwalkgallery.com.
