Sturgeon Bay, Wis. (May 7, 2026) – After incredible success in 2025 The Yoga Womb is once again hosting Yoga in the Park at Graham Park in Sturgeon Bay every Saturday at 9 a.m. starting May 23rd, 2026.
Starting Memorial Day weekend and running through September (and sometimes into October – weather depending), residents and visitors alike look forward to Yoga in the Park. Participants move and breathe in unison surrounding the Graham Park fountain gazing over the bay of Sturgeon Bay during an all-levels yoga class taught by The Yoga Womb instructors.
Yoga in the Park is free to attend, but the organization asks that attendees make a donation of $10 or more to help support The Yoga Womb’s mission to make yoga and meditation accessible to as many people as possible.
In the height of the season last year, as many as 50 people attended Yoga in the Park on a single Saturday. More often, between 25-40 people are there. “It’s incredible to witness people of all levels come together to celebrate and enjoy Sturgeon Bay’s waterfront, connect with one another and find a sense of calm and serenity before heading to the Farmer’s Market,” shares Brooke Ulrich, Executive Director of The Yoga Womb.
The Yoga Womb is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations collected from Yoga in the Park help to fund programs like free meditation, free trauma-informed yoga and free sobriety circles as well as a scholarship program and a behavioral health prescription program.
