Ephraim’s Christmas in the Village
Join us Saturday, December 7, 2024 for Christmas in the Village! Santa will arrive and his elves and reindeer will be waiting outside Village Hall! There will be horse-drawn wagon rides through town and holiday crafts and activities inside the Village Hall. At the end of the event, walk over to Harborside Park to watch Santa light the Christmas tree. Holiday fun for all ages! Local businesses will also be holding open houses during the day. Christmas at Birch Creek Matinee Saturday, December 7, 2024 2:30 PM 4:00 PM Birch Creek Music Performance Center (map) Birch Creek presents two holiday concerts in beautifully decorated Juniper Hall beginning with a 2:30 PM Matinee Family Concert at which all children ages 11 and under receive free admission. A second performance will follow at 7:00 PM. Both concerts feature favorite Christmas and holiday songs performed by Birch Creek Symphony Brass, Dan Moore, Percussion, Door County Community Handbell Choir and Guest Performers.

Write On, Door County will host a book publication and holiday party on Wednesday, December 11 from 4-6 pm for local author Anne Emerson’s new picture book, A Home for Hattie. Emerson, who opened Edgewood Orchard Galleries in 1969, turned to her love of writing upon retirement, and A Home for Hattie follows the publication of her first book, Doodle Love, in 2019.
