Explore The Ridges Sanctuary with Ridges Naturalists and discover how local plants in and around Door County can be used to create unique flavor profiles in beer. After a guided walk through the ridges—complete with discussion and sampling of nature-inspired brews—we'll head to Sway Brewing to learn more about the beer-making process. Program fee includes a Ridges pint glass and a brewery pour. Windstorms are a major factor influencing the structure and composition of forests. We will examine the different types of windstorms that we have in the Great Lakes region.
