Sturgeon Bay, Wis. (April 29, 2020) – There are no secrets as to the capability of technology in our modern day society. From leisure to work, technology has changed the way we approach our daily lives.
Sunshine House has recently been provided a generous donation, from an anonymous donor, to upgrade their technology capabilities and provide a whole new level of client interaction.
Quantum PC, in Sturgeon Bay, has been hard at work the last few weeks installing new TV screens, web cameras and other communication devices in our classroom and board room that will be used for many different purposes.
“By implementing these new tools, we can provide a much broader range of programming and services for our clients in house as well as remotely. This provides for many opportunities to expand programming, invite remote educators and speakers and provide services with a farther reach than within our four walls,” says Randy Morrow, CEO of Sunshine House.
Another advantage is the ability to hold board and staff meetings remotely. This will allow the opportunity to invite speakers and experts within our area of service and expand the resources and educational for our staff to better their own knowledge as we continue the tradition of being a world class organization for many years to come right here in Door County.
