Sturgeon Bay, Wis. (April 12, 2023) – Sunshine Resources is excited to announce the 50th Annual Sunshine Resources of Door County Awards Dinner on May 17, 2023 5pm – 8pm.
Held at the beautiful Stone Harbor Resort (107 N. 1st Ave. Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235) the annual event is a celebration of achievements and success of clients, staff, partners, donors, volunteers and more.
“This is a great evening and our clients enjoy getting dressed up in their suits and gowns and celebrating each other. An event that is open to the public, it is a great way to show our community how their support truly makes a difference in the lives of some very deserving individuals.” says Jeremy Paszczak, Director of Development.
Sunshine Resources of Door County has been assisting individuals with disabilities since 1971. Beginning with day service programming, the organization has grown into offering much more support. Besides the day service programming, life skills classes, prevocational training, community employment assistance and transportation are available. SRDC also operates the Sunflower Cottage for seniors looking for socialization and activity. Our staff is specially trained to work with individuals with dementia, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.
