DOOR PENINSULA LIGHTHOUSE FESTIVAL
New Tours for 2024! These fundraising Festival weekends include air, land-based, boat, and adventure tours that provide access to all 11 of the treasured lighthouses of Door County and 3 of our neighbors to the south. Many of the tour excursions are unique to the Lighthouse Festival weekends and provide visitors exclusive access to lighthouses not typically open to the public – Chambers Island, Plum Island, and Sherwood Point Lighthouses. Find out more »10th Annual Roofing of the Goats Parade and Festival
Parade begins at the corner of Mill Road and Highway 42 in downtown Sister Bay, and goes a trot, kick, and a leap down the road to Al Johnson’s Swedish Restaurant. The parade culminates with the roofing of the first goats of the season at Al Johnson’s (weather permitting – the goats don’t go on the roof in rain or snow). Celebrate the transition of spring into summer on the shoreline of Eagle Harbor on June 15, 2024! Embrace Ephraim’s Scandinavian heritage with a family friendly, fun-filled day of music, dancing, crafts, and artisans. As the sun sets, a bonfire is lit to welcome the long days of summer.
